Civil Litigation Attorney The candidate responsibilities include: Know and apply civil litigation laws. Involved in and responsible for all aspects of cases including evaluating, and providing guidance and counsel to clients through effective communication, litigation and settlement. Conduct hearings, depositions, discovery and draft briefs and motions. Review and prioritize matters as they arise. Must have a JD degree. Should have 1+ year of civil litigation experience. Must be an Illinois Licensed Attorney.
