Senior Litigation Paralegal The candidate will be capable of handling overall case management, document management systems and calendaring, production and management of heavy discovery, preparation of pleadings and motions, obtain and manage documents and evidence, and trial support in complex litigation matters. Preferably have 5+ years of experience in Defense litigation. Excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as excellent organizational skills required. Proficient in Word or WordPerfect, e-filing in state and federal courts, and good knowledge of Texas rules and litigation procedures. Exceptional knowledge and application of legal software. Bilingual (English and Spanish) helpful.
