Associate Attorney - Labor & Employment Law Firm The candidate must have 3+ years of experience, to work at a fast paced litigation boutique labor and employment law firm exclusively representing employees in wrongful termination claims, discrimination claims, wage and hour claims, etc. on an individual and class wide basis. Should have wage and hour class action and representative action experience. Must be a good writer, organized, self-starter, able to multi-task and have knowledge of the California Civil Discovery Act. Should be bilingual (Spanish/English). Proficient with WordPerfect, Legal Solutions, Westlaw, and Excel.
