Litigation Paralegal - Plaintiff's The candidate will be handling intake, setup, and case management through resolution. Must have 3+ years of civil litigation experience to join our plaintiff's practice. Must have Paralegal Certificate. Must be in Compliance with California law paralegal requirements. Strong analytical and writing skills is desired. Strong verbal communication skills and excellent grammar, vocabulary and spelling skills is desired. Strong Procedural Knowledge of all phases of Civil Litigation Procedure is desired. Advanced level of Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook), and Adobe Acrobat Professional required. Familiarity and expertise in Prolaw/Case Management, Essential Forms or HotDocs, Casemap and Textmap are ideal, but required is the ability to learn software applications and support the Firm's goal of becoming substantially paperless.
