Personal Injury Trial Attorney Duties: Handle all aspects of cases, including, but not limited to, trial preparation; drafting pleadings, motions and briefs, trial documents, correspondence; responding and propounding to discovery; defending and taking depositions; court appearances and hearings; developing case strategies; and more. Be a part of a well-established, reputable, and growing law firm handling significant brain injury, spine injury, and wrongful death cases in a positive work atmosphere. Qualifications: Previous personal injury trial experience is necessary. Must be highly motivated, have excellent writing skills, and be able to work in a team environment. Must be punctual, dependable, have excellent verbal and written communication skills, have the ability to multi-task, be organized, thrive in a fast-paced atmosphere, be able to work independently and with supervising attorneys, pay close attention to detail, have pride in work product, have the ability to meet strict deadlines and get along well with co-workers.
