Immigration Paralegal The candidate will support immigration attorneys in a wide variety of employment-based immigration administrative matters, as well as family-based immigration matters (to a more limited extent). Prepare and file a range of industrial and automotive employment-based immigrant and nonimmigrant petitions and other requests for immigration benefits. Prepare petition evidentiary support packages for a variety of nonimmigrant (e.g., H-1B, L-1A, L-1B, TN-1, TN-2, E-1, E-2, O-1) and immigrant (e.g., PERM, EB1A, EB1B, EB1C, EB2, EB3) visa categories. Answer telephone calls and interact directly with clients. Organize files and filing systems. Perform a variety of ordinary administrative tasks, as assigned by supervising attorneys. Bachelor's degree in liberal arts field required. Excellent grammar required. Attention to detail required. Ability to speak a foreign language is a plus. 2+ years of experience as an Immigration Paralegal (Employment-Based) required. Expertise in employment-based immigrant and nonimmigrant visa categories required.
