Foreclosure Paralegal The candidate should preferably have prior experience with judgment collections foreclosure proceedings, including liens, court dockets, preparing and filing pleadings, motions, and affidavits, as well as familiarity with real estate documents, such as title work and deeds. Should have ability to function in a fast-paced, high-volume, team-oriented environment. Should have outstanding communication and collaboration skills. Should have excellent time management and organizational skills. Should have strong math and accounting skills. Should have ability and experience in customer/client service. Should have proficiency in proofreading. Experience in computer/software related to Microsoft Office and legal practice management software. High school diploma required; paralegal certification and/or 2+ work experience in real estate collections preferred.
