Litigation Attorney The candidate must have 1 year of experience in litigation. Experience in any of the following: insurance coverage/defense; general liability; professional liability; financial services litigation; and/or commercial litigation matters is preferred. Must have JD degree from an ABA accredited law school. Must be admitted in PA and NJ. Must have outstanding research, writing and oral advocacy skills. Must have excellent academic credentials and interpersonal skills. Must have ability to handle multiple matters simultaneously.
