Litigation Attorney The candidate should have 3+ years of litigation experience and excellent academic credentials to join civil litigation practice. Must have Motion practice experience. Experience taking and defending depositions is required. Must be licensed to practice in Washington and in good standing. Should have Trial experience. Experience in the field of insurance defense, construction defect, products liability, professional and/or personal injury is required. Must have licensure in Oregon and/or California. Appellate work experience is required.
