Immigration Attorney The candidate will be working in a broad range of immigration practice areas including H-1B, L-1, O-1, PERM, EB-1, consular processing, adjustment of status, naturalization, waivers, family petitions, and appeals. Must preferably have excellent writing skill. Must also be admitted to the NY Bar and possess 2+ years of a broad range of experience in immigration law with an emphasis on business immigration.
