Paralegal The candidate reports to Attorney Partner. Support the Attorneys and contribute as a liaison with clients and the Court. Assist in maintaining the safety, welfare and a high level of quality of life for the Ward of the Court. Essential Functions include: Legal Research and Presentations; Communication and Coordination; Drafting legal documents; Law Office administration and tasks; Process mail and faxes; Be available for phone calls from Wards, hospitals, and other health professionals such as doctors, social workers, nurses, the Court, and other attorneys; Assist in case management; Be accountable to support the company mission, vision and core values. Maintain a positive relationship between office, the wards, professional healthcare companies, and hospitals; Prepare court filings and packages of documents; Maintain calendar scheduling; Review cases with attorneys; Maintain good records; Keep all systems current with in ; Commit to the core values of and practice daily and Provide the highest standards of professionalism. Paralegal Degree or Certificate, Bachelor's preferred. 3-5 years experience in Probate law or similar needed. Following Skills and achievement required: Legal Research; Legal Drafting and Paralegal Certificate.
