Intellectual Property Attorney The candidate will be responsible for both transactional and litigation work. Some of the tasks will include: preparation and filing of applications; responding to Office Actions; research and writing on various legal issues; preparation and filing litigation documents; creation of relevant content for the firm's blog; correspondence with clients and foreign associates; development of reports for distribution to clients regarding their IP portfolios, action items, and enforcement matters; and ongoing review of PTO correspondence. Should have a J.D. degree and be admitted or pending admission to the New York Bar. Must have 1+ year of experience in intellectual property law.
