Family Law & Estate Planning Attorney The candidate should have 1.5 years total legal experience for a busy Clackamas, Oregon office. Some experience in family law is preferred. Will have the opportunity to handle all aspects of the litigation process in Domestic Relations, FAPAs, and Stalking Cases. Duties: Taking and defending depositions; Attending hearings and trials. Must have strong drafting, writing and analytical skills for pleadings and correspondence. Should have strong negotiating and interpersonal skills.
