Virgina Attorney The candidate must be licensed in Virginia with Foreclosure, Eviction and Bankruptcy experience. This position will be working with foreclosure mediations and general default servicing litigation with team attorneys and their support staff in a collaborative environment. Should have 3 years experience in Foreclosure, Evictions and bankruptcy practice. Some brief writing skills and in court experience is ideal. Mortgage banking and/or creditor's rights experience is preferred. Must have the ability to work self-directed on a high volume of files.
