Attorney/Lawyer The candidate will apply litigation experience and legal skills and knowledge to improve the personal injury litigation process. Work across the organization, including with our engineering and product teams. Coordinate with outside partner law firms to create their dream litigation process. Be customer-facing and be involved in ensuring potential customers (partner law firms and the clients they serve) understand our value proposition and are happy with Mighty's services. Help Mighty better understand issues that arise in personal injury litigation and the litigation process. Work with us on a full-time or flexible basis. A member in good standing of the bar in one or more of the following states: Illinois, California, Arizona, North Carolina, or Texas. Should have 2+ years of legal experience including at least some experience representing individuals in litigation. Personal injury litigation experience is a big plus. Strong communication, both written and oral. Highly organized with a bias for action and a strong sense of ownership / accountability. A commitment to improving access to justice. A strong sense of curiosity to understand and contribute to a company that's restructuring an entire industry. Egoless and willing to pitch in where needed most.
