Paralegal Duties : Will perform file lawsuits. Draft discovery. Set hearings, depositions, mediations and trial. Keep clients apprised of their cases. The candidate should preferaby have Four year college degree. Bilingual preferred but not required. Prior experience in a law firm preferred. But if you do not have experience we will train you. We offer great mentorship for beginning paralegals.
