Litigation Attorney The candidate Should have interest in products liability, toxic tort, and employment litigation. Will have strong verbal and written communication skills, in addition to good academic credentials. Should have 2+ years insurance defense litigation experience. Should have hands-on experience taking a case file from inception through resolution. Experience and/or strong interest in products liability, toxic tort and employment litigation Trial experience preferred. Must be admitted to practice in California. Strong deposition experience needed. Employment litigation experience a plus.
