Pre-Litigation Paralegal - Personal Injury The candidate must be experienced in personal injury to handle new cases from inception to litigation if necessary. Must understand PI process and have general PI knowledge, and be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment. Must be responsible, efficient, and organized. Bilingual in Spanish speaking is a plus. Must have excellent written and verbal skills, as well as client service skills, ability to have a team-first mentality, and proficiency in legal software and all Microsoft programs.
