The prelitigation department handles all aspects of a personal injury case from file opening to settlement. High school diploma is required. Some college is preferred. Should have 3+ years of experience in Paralegal. Strong computer skills including Microsoft applications suite is needed. Commitment to providing excellent customer service is required.
