Associate Family Law Attorney The candidate will handle cases from inception through trial. Conduct informative initial consultations. Meet and communicate with clients throughout the matter. Devise and communicate strategies. Draft, finalize and customize pleadings, discovery, and other legal documents. Supervise and delegate work to paralegals and other team members. Participate in firm meetings and care about the growth and development of the firm. Prepare for and attend court hearings, mediations, and depositions. Communicate with opposing counsel, court personnel, and others in a professional and respectful manner while advocating for clients. Deliver excellent customer service. Should be graduated from an accredited law school. Should have 1+ years of family law experience. Should preferably 1-3 years of experience. License to practice law in NC is required.
