Collection Litigation Paralegal The candidate will support attorneys. Collection of past-due homeowners association assessments and charges, including all aspects of a collection matter from warning of the lawsuit, collection phone calls, preparation and filing of a lawsuit, motion practice, including motions for default and summary judgment, payment plans, obtaining a judgment, and post-judgment collection, including garnishment of bank accounts and/or wages. Should preferably have a high school or equivalent education. Must have litigation experience in the state and/or superior courts. Must be organized.
