Commercial Real Estate Paralegal The candidate should have ABA-approved paralegal certificate. Must have extensive experience in complex real estate transactions, extensive due diligence experience, including title and survey review, commercial leasing, contract review/drafting, UCC filings, lien searches, critical date tracking, objection letters, transaction closings and post-closing matters. Must have knowledge of and proficiency in Word, Excel and Adobe. Should have strong organizational skills, accurate attention to detail. Previous law firm and client billing experience required.
