Litigation Associate Attorney The candidate will gain exposure to practice areas involving product liability, labor & employment, general liability, and insurance defense. Must have: JD Degree from an accredited law school. Must be admitted to practice in Pennsylvania. 1 - 3 years of litigation experience. Experience with one or more of the following practice areas a plus: product liability, labor & employment, general liability, and insurance defense, and / or general civil defense litigation. Legal project management experience is helpful. Excellent analytical, client service, and professional communications skills.
