Associate Attorney, Litigation The responsibilities will include handling a docket of cases that would primarily, but not exclusively, consist of civil litigation cases. Will be responsible for reviewing the pleadings, discovery, and other documents connected with the case, drafting discovery and pleadings, preparing for and attending depositions, preparing cases for trial, and attending trial either first or second chair. Should have 3 years of experience in civil litigation, and we prefer for those 3 years to include extensive discovery and motions practice, as well as courtroom experience. Should have strong research skills and should be a proficient writer.
