Litigation Paralegal The candidate will draft correspondence, discovery and other litigation related documents. Calendar statutory deadlines and perform basic legal research. File documents with the court. Trial and mediation preparation. Manage case files, prioritize and follow up on assisgnments. Should have 5+ years of experience preparing discovery responses, indexing medical records and answering interrogatories and requests to produce. Experience with trial and mediation preparation required. Knowledge of Florida Rules of Civil Procedure.
