Business Immigration Paralegal The candidate must have at least 3 years of experience in business immigration law (including knowledge of employment-based immigrant and nonimmigrant matters, such as: H-1B, L-1, O-1, P-1, E-2, PERM, EB-1). Must be detail oriented, capable of managing a large caseload, able to work independently under minimum supervision, and possess excellent writing skills. Prepare and file USCIS petitions/applications, including extensive drafting of written supporting documents. Communicate with clients regarding case processing and procedural issues. Meet assigned deadlines and communicate case progress to supervising attorney. Should have Bachelor's Degree (English, Communications, Journalism, or related field preferred). Poses strong knowledge of procedural requirements for various types of nonimmigrant and immigrant visas. Experience drafting and gathering documentation for Request For Evidence is required.
