Attorney, Personal Injury The candidate will represent clients in legal proceedings, draw up legal documents and advise clients on legal transactions. Represent clients in court. Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients. Negotiate settlements. Comply with all legal standards and regulations. Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of personal injury law. Must have previous experience in personal injury law. Should be admitted to Virginia State Bar. Must have 3+ years of legal experience; Needles experience a plus. Must have familiarity with legal documents/must have court experience.
