Civil Litigation Associate Attorney The candidates responsibilities include: Taking depositions of the plantiffs and other parties. Conducting discover. Performing legal research. Remaining current with developments in the law. Drafting pleadings, findings of fact, motions, briefs, opinions, and other legal documents. Appear in court to cover motions and case management conferences. Skills required: Knowledge of substantive and procedural law. Strong written and oral advocacy skills. Analytical and logical reasoning abilities. Ability to synthesize complex legal and factual materials. Education and Qualifications: A law degree from an ABA accredited law school is required. License in Illinois required, Missouri a plus. Should have 3+ years of experience and possible portable billings. Should be willing to work on Illinois medical malpractice and general civil litigation matters. Closing date :20 April 2020.
