Litigation Associate Attorney (Bankruptcy & Creditor s Rights) The candidate will handle all facets of commercial litigation/workouts and bankruptcy matters from inception through trial. Must have: Virginia Bar admission required. Admission to Delaware, D.C. and/or Maryland desired. 2 - 3 years of experience. Previous clerkship experience preferred. Superior communication and organizational skills. Exceptional analytical and writing skills. Excellent attention to detail. Confidence to work directly with clients and colleagues in a fast-paced environment.
