Attorney The ideal candidate should have experience, or at least strong interest, in representing developers and/or landowners in obtaining necessary approvals for residential and commercial projects. This might include platting/subdivisions, variances, special exceptions, rezonings, comprehensive plan amendments, and the other applications. Experience in working with 2 or more municipalities of Florida is a plus, but not required. Must possess strong academic background and writing skills. It is necessary to have strong attention to detail and ability to deal effectively with others. Bar license in Florida (Required).
