Paralegal The candidate should have 2+ years of relevant experience in Plaintiff's Personal Injury including litigation, medical records, discovery, scheduling, client contact and trial preparation. Must have Degree or Certification in Paralegal Studies. Should have strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Should have exceptional writing skills and attention to detail. Must have strong verbal communication skills. Needles Case Management Software experience is a plus. Must have ability to work in a technology-driven productivity environment, including using computers, smart phones, and office productivity software.
