Bilingual Family Law Attorney The candidate will be helping in manage a busy family law docket consisting of divorces, modifications, enforcements, child custody, grandparents rights, cps cases and other family matters. Will preparing for trial and evidentiary hearings; conducting and defending depositions; presenting and responding to discovery, motion writing; and successfully negotiating and facilitating mediation and/or conflict resolution. Entailing a lot of client contact. 2+ years of working with family law cases are preferred. 2+ years of working with family law cases are preferred. Fully bilingual in English and Spanish is required. Must be licensed in the State of Texas. Must have excellent writing and communication skills. Must be licensed to practice in Texas and is in good standing. Must be able to speak, read, and write Spanish fluently.
