Insurance Coverage Litigation Attorney Candidate must have Admission to the Illionis Bar with 3 years of experience working on complex insurance coverage matters, preferably professional liability disputes. Must have: Excellent academic credentials. In good standing with the ARDC. 5+ years of experience in complex insurance coverage and claim handling disputes with a focus on professional liability claims. Someone with case management experience and the ability and desire to take the lead in handling cases. Litigation experience required, coverage experience a plus. Superior legal research, writing, and verbal communication skills. Exceptional attention to detail. Strong organizational and time management skills.
