Associate Attorney The candidate Should have 3+ years of litigation and/or labor and employment experience for its Sacramento and Southern California offices. The ideal candidates will have broad experience with civil litigation and/or all types of labor & employment matters, including: administrative hearings before city, county, and state agencies, PERB, and NLRB; litigating claims in state and federal courts; and union business/relations. Excellent working knowledge of California and federal employment statutes and regulations required. Admission to the California Bar, immediate transferable skills, a strong academic background, and excellent writing skills are also required. Criminal law experience is preferred.
