Business Immigration Paralegal Team Member The candidate will communicate timely, compassionately, and professionally with clients. Coordinate timely and accurately regarding case progress and preparation. Prepare/monitor H-1B, L-1, TN, E1/E2, E-3, P-1, O-1 and other nonimmigrant petitions/applications. Prepare/monitor immigrant/permanent resident processes filings, including PERM labor certifications. Prepare in-depth factual and/or analytical summary of options, and or memos/summaries. Monitor expiration dates and prepare case status reports for clients using case management systems and programs. Support the DW Immigration Group with other assigned tasks and projects, as needed. Use Law Logix Case Management System. Record time accurately, when required. The candidate should preferably have Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Paralegal certification preferred. Law Logix case management system experience preferred. Extensive experience in PERM filings is preferred. Must have 2- 3 years of business immigration experience, including both immigrant and nonimmigrant matters. Excellent attention to detail a must. Ability to clearly, respectfully, and succinctly communicate with clients and foreign national employees is critical. Additional language capabilities a plus.
