Immigration Paralegal The candidate must have Bachelor's Degree and 2+ years of experience and be fluent in English and Spanish. Ideal candidate will be a good team player. Experience must include: Preparation of family-based immigration law petitions and applications including I-130 and I-360 petitions. Must have knowledge of filing forms for both consular processing and adjustment of status. Preparation of applications for asylum and withholding of removal, applications for cancellation of removal and packs with supporting evidence to file before EOIR. Preparation of motions to change venue and for continuance. Preparation of DACA applications. Knowledge of preparation of TPS applications, waiver applications, U visa applications or business immigration-related petitions is a plus.
