Legal Secretary The candidate daily tasks will include dictation, scanning relevant documents into Perfect Law software, pulling dockets off the electronic dockets, filing preparation as well as other assigned duties. High School Diploma or equivalent; college or business school preferred. Should have 1-3 years of experience in a law firm or professional services environment. Litigation or Workers Compensation experience preferred. Must have high level proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and document management systems. Should have effective communication skills and a mastery of business English, legal terminology, spelling and grammar. Must have strong typing skills.
