Business Immigration Paralegal The candidate will do preparation and filing of petitions, H-1B visa applications and labor certification applications. Will work under the direct supervision of attorneys and senior paralegals. Work independently as well. Bachelor s degree from a four-year college or university, or a paralegal certificate from an ABA approved program, is preferred. Employment-based immigration paralegal experience is preferred. Must have strong proficiency with MS Word including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Must have strong writing skills, have excellent attention to detail, be able to multi-task and work independently toward team goals. Outstanding case/project management and organizational skills are required. Must have superb writing skills with proven attention-to-detail, specifically impeccable spelling and grammar.
