Litigation Attorney The candidate will able handle agency charges of discrimination, lawsuits involving a broad range of employment-related claims. Will represent employees in court, before administrative agencies, at mediation, and in arbitration, and federal court appearances and arguable matters, in a broad range of employment matters, including discrimination. Must have JD. Degree from Accredited Law School. Must have 2-3 years of relevant experience. Experience in workplace law and employment litigation discrimination charges and lawsuits preferred. The ability to produce business and revenue is a definite plus. Deadline: March 09, 2019.
