Associate Attorney The cadidate will be reviewing contracts. Drafting pleadings. Assisting with arbitration and litigation. Performing legal research. Should have 3 years of legal experience. Experience with construction or surety litigation and construction contracts is preferred. Must have strong research, writing and analytical skills, ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines, and the ability to work independently and within a team environment. Must be licensed in North Carolina.
