Part-time Litigation Paralegal Duties: Communicating with clients by telephone and by email. Collecting client documents and assisting with client intake. Drafting legal documents including discovery requests, notices, motions, etc. Managing the new client onboarding process and procedures. Ensuring client information is entered accurately and completely into our CRM system. Obtaining, reviewing and updating client information as needed. Keeping accurate records of transactions and communications. Preparing and organizing trial exhibits. Resolving and answering customer questions. Maintaining a knowledge base of our services. Communicating with courts and court clerks across the country. Other similar and related duties as required. Qualifications: Bachelors preferred, but not required. Familiarity with California employment laws and civil procedure preferred. Must have 2+ years of paralegal experience required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail. Superior analytic and problem solving skills. A strong work ethic and commitment to excellence. Desire for professional growth.
