Legal Secretary - Personal Injury The candidate will handle client communications, calendaring, drafting and/or finalizing correspondence, preparation of court forms and other duties as required by the firm.
The candidate must be a talented and experienced legal secretary with a 7+ years of experience in a litigation/trial practice environment. An emphasis on personal injury, product liability, and insurance bad faith is preferred. The successful candidate must have an excellent work ethic, upbeat attitude, strong communication skills, and advanced knowledge of MS Office - Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe is required. Knowledge of TrialWorks is a plus.
