Real Estate Paralegal/Closer Part Time The candidate will prepare documents for closings; attend closings with clients and representatives from other attorney's offices; and work on post-closing documents. Closings may take place at our office, other attorney's offices or county clerks offices. Must take and pass notary exam or be a current notary. Must have good communication skills, attention to detail and have the ability to multi-task. High school or equivalent required.
