Associate Attorney The candidate will join a boutique with a transactional practice focused on the review, negotiation and documentation of trading and financing arrangements for institutional and hedge fund clients. Must have 1-3 years of experience. Transactional experience would be helpful. Position will involve direct client involvement and may also include some responsibilities related to the development of a proprietary web based application that tracks the terms of financing and trading agreements for clients.
