Civil Litigation / Transaction Attorney The candidate must have 2-3 years of experience. Activities include developing bespoke asset sales and transfers, creating custom real estate purchase and sale agreements, and handling commercial and residential contract negotiations. Litigation activities include title and neighbor disputes, evictions, builder/owner construction complaints, complex probate or TEDRA challenges, and prosecuting or defending transactions gone awry is essential. Capacity to interface with governmental entities, hearing boards, intergovernmental bodies, and a variety of judicial tribunals is essential. A working familiarity with bankruptcy procedures is desirable. Membership in the Federal Bar is also a plus. Should have excellent research, writing and analytical skills. Should have solid communication skills and ability to strategically take depositions of both laypeople and experts.
