Civil Litigation Attorney Candidate should be Currently licensed to practice law in Colorado. Must have: License to practice law in either Colorado, Nebraska, Wyoming or Utah. Willingness to get licensed in other states is required. 3-5 years of experience with 2+ years of employment with a single employer. Some trial experience and desire to learn and go to court regularly is a must. Ability to handle their own case load. Knowledge of trial and hearing procedures. A high degree of initiative, mature judgment, and discretion.
