Associate Attorney - Civil Litigation The candidate' must have strong academic performance. Strong writing skills a must. Zero insurance defense work, no billable requirement. Serious personal injury, Business litigation, Intellectual Property Litigation, and Consumer Litigation make up most of the docket. Experience handling depositions and drafting dispositive motions and responses is a must. Dispositive motion writing sample must be included with resume. Missouri Law License (Required). Big firm experience a plus.
