Associate Attorney, Litigation Part-Time The candidate will assist with very active practice and legal drafting and the preparation of larger motions and responses -'s uch as Motions for's ummary Judgments, Federal Court memorandums and's ome appellate work.'s hould have prior's tate and Federal Court drafting experience as well as experience with preparation of discovery and discovery responses. This position requires a current Florida Bar License. Hours per week: 20-29.
