Experienced Immigration Paralegals The candidate will process in-consult payments for sign-ups on the spot. Follow up with clients who showed interest. Create, update and log consultation notes in MyCase /or Law Ruler. Other job duties as assigned. Develop extensive vocabulary and communication methods in order to best interact with each individual. Other Job duties as assigned. Should have Bilingual - Speak, Read and Write in English and Spanish; 1 or 2 verifiable years of experience in a high volume call sales environment; an excellent verbal and written communicator with all levels of personnel; organized and detail-oriented required to handle large volumes of work simultaneously; strongly analytical with excellent problem-solving skills; knows how to prioritize tasks while being flexible and adaptable; experience with CRM, Live chats, etc. Working in office is required. Should be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related software.
