Attorney Duties: Providing oversight of client representation by taking and making client calls, responding to client requests, ensuring case flow, and providing personalized service; Providing paralegal supervision by attending and leading team meetings, monitoring paralegal communications, supervising and interacting with non-attorney management, and conducting regular training; Ensuring legal compliance and providing oversight of departments such as quality assurance, learning and development, recruiting, mailroom, or outsourced services; Spending time in and out of your office, on and off your phone, interacting with a high energy team in a dynamic environment; and Building lasting business relationships while changing our clients lives for the better. Assisting in criminal prosecution as Town Prosecutors for a small town in Northern Arizona. Qualifications: Admission to the State Bar of Arizona with 2+ years of legal experience is required. Must be willing and able to become admitted to additional jurisdictions. Strong communication skills that enable to connect with people at all levels from paralegals to clients; Demonstrated research and writing ability; Consummate professionalism; The ability to deescalate any conversation; Professional maturity in dealing with hundreds of line-level employees who are looking for leadership; and Self-starting and motivated.
